Lisa has over 10 years experience writing for stage and screen.

She began as a playwright in western Canada where three of her original plays were produced for for both the New Works Festival and the Walterdale Theatre. Since then, Lisa has gone on to write for the Canadian Comedy Award winning troupe The Sketchersons and major national networks like YTV and CBC. 



Sunday night live

Lisa is an alumna of the Canadian Comedy Award winning troupe The Sketchersons and their weekly live sketch production Sunday Night Live which features brand new sketch content and topical news monologues each week.  


The Zone

After hosting YTV's national interstitial segments for over two years, Lisa began contributing content for The Zone's daily programming in 2015. Original writing credits include various all-host game and challenge segments as well as the "April Fool's Week" five-day series, part of which can be viewed below. 




Lisa is a contributing writer for YTV's Sunday program Big Fun Movies. This high-energy show combines movie trivia with solo banter for a co-viewing audience of adults and children alike. View a sample of Lisa's writing from the Halloween special below.



Lisa is a contributing writer of satirical content for The Beaverton online as well as a recurring Education Correspondent on CTV’s hit television series, The Beaverton.
